「有腦童行」電腦上網資助計劃 全港學校因新型冠狀肺炎而停課，超過112萬學生受影響。為響應教育局「停課不停學」的建議，學校紛紛改為網上授課，希望能維持學生的正常學習進度。 可是對低收入家庭，電腦設備是一大「難關」，令經濟壓力倍升。生活本來已經是一個擔子，再要為子女添置Wi-Fi網絡或購買電腦更是百上加斤。科技及器材匱乏的孩子，根本沒辨法參與網課直播，只能靠家長下班回來借用手機下載功課，自行學習令進度大為落後，又因常常挑燈夜讀，甚至影響健康和正常作息時間。 苗圃行動不願弱勢孩子受到影響，2020-21年遂發起「有腦童行」電腦上網資助計劃，為基層家庭送出電腦及配件 (便攜式路由器及上網SIM卡)，讓學生有公平學習機會。 義工團帶著電腦、配件及一些抗疫物資，到了受助家庭，上門為孩子安裝及進行簡單教學。孩子們看到電腦都非常雀躍，細心聆聽著義工的每一項解說。其中一位受助家長表示：「 非常感謝苗圃行動及有心人，幫助孩子重回學習的軌道上，讓我們家長都舒一口氣。除了電腦，帶來的抗疫物資也正是我們所乏的。」
